Blessing Box
The “Blessing Box” is a box of non-perishable food and other items that people using our Fridays at First program can use to supplement their food at home.  It is very well liked and we find that our guests are both receiving and having an opportunity to give back to their neighbours at the same time. A bin is placed in the Narthex to receive your donations.
Resiliency Challenge – We are just short $324 to be able to say that we have covered all of the 2019 loan payments with additional contributions.  Could you consider a few extra dollars designated for the Resiliency Challenge before December 30th?  If each of us gave $5 we could likely reach the goal! Remember to designate it for the Resiliency Fund.
Donations to First United that are to be included in your 2019 tax receipt must be received in the office or placed on the offering plate in Sunday worship on or before December 30.
