IMPACT 25 IS LAUNCHED!

MT Space Artistic Director Pam Patel launched IMPACT 25 on July 22 at a gathering in the Rotunda of Kitchener City Hall.  

What is IMPACT?  International Multicultural Platform for Alternative Contemporary Theatre is a biennial festival produced by MT Space presenting politically-charged and urgent international, national and local work by indigenous, black and racialized artists. There will be theatre, dance and music from many nations.  The shows are performed at venues across Kitchener and Waterloo.

Mark September 23-28 on your calendar.  

There will be 20 different shows in the six days.  In her presentation, Pam highlighted the content of each show, while noting the connection each of the directors has to MT Space and this region.   Shows this year provide an even wider range of productions.  Choosing which shows to attend will be difficult as there are so many at the same times.
