Since we’ve thankfully left Covid behind, our free Noon Hour Concerts continue to be very well attended with lunches sold out most Tuesdays. Special thanks to our dedicated team of lunchroom volunteers.
On Feb. 28 th , Autumn Debassige and Kathleen King Martin’s concert was met with wonderful comments…"delightful, very entertaining, and so professional” with an audience numbering 177, quite a surprise given the winter storm. The Maureen Forrester Singers directed by Elvera Froese, were also very well received.
Please note that there is a change in musicians for Tuesday March 14th. We’re delighted to feature Danielle Beck on saxophone and Peter de Sousa on piano, a new duo to our series.
Mark your calendars for our second FREE Sunday afternoon JAZZ CONCERT on Sunday March 19th. The Paul Mitchell Jazz group will be entertaining us with music from the 1920’s. Doors open at 1:15, since the concert will start at 2:00. Remember to pre-order your yummy slice of homemade pie and coffee or tea by Friday Noon at firstname.lastname@example.org. We sold out last time so don’t be disappointed!
