VENUE: Martin Luther University College, Corner of Albert Street and Bricker Avenue, Waterloo

Events are open to the public. All are welcome.

After our first gathering at First United on September 28, we are excited to invite youth in grades 7 to 12+ to join our two Youth Leaders, Rebecca Whiting and Yoonjoo Shin, in creating a group that provides brave space and an 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusive and neurodiverse accepting group of teenagers.

This group plans to meet twice a month on Thursday evenings alternating between First United and Emmanuel United. Our next gathering, is on October 12 at 7pm in the X Room of Emmanuel United Church (22 Bridgeport Road W, Waterloo).

This Fall the board will be considering this remit regarding Establishing an Autonomous National Indigenous Organization with the Church.
