Update #4 from the Search Committee Seeking a New Minister

Since our last update on August 31, the search committee has interviewed several applicants and is currently narrowing down the field of candidates. Our conversations with applicants take time and care, as we discern what is best for the congregation, and for the ministers that we interview. 

We have spoken with the finance committee so that they understand the financial pressures in the search process, and so that we can also hear their concerns.

We are making progress and hope there will be good news in the weeks ahead. We are, however, leaving the position open for applications until the position has been filled.
